MW Policies is a link to a PDF copy of the MW By-Laws, current Policies and Procedures, and an Appendix of forms for MW usage. It is most often referred to as the Redbook, which referred to the red binder of many years ago. Currently the format is an 8 1/2 x 11 page format, published annually in January, and now distributed only electronically via the MW website. It is recommended that all clubs, HOD/BOD members, officials, and coaches print a copy for reference. It also has been determined that documents published elsewhere (MW records, clubs, MW BOD, meet schedules, time standards) will no longer be included in this document.

MW Clubs gives current listing of Clubs in Midwestern along with current contact information. This list will be updated after fall registration is complete.

Pool Locations will list pools within the MW LSC which are used for competition. The address is given along with a link to a MapQuest map.

MW Officers will list current officers of the MW. Elections are held at the spring House of Delegates meeting. Term of office begins in September.

BOD/HOD Minutes include minutes of the Board of Directors and House of Delegates meetings since 2001. Minutes will be posted after meetings as soon as they become available from the secretary.

MW Forms include current registration forms, transfer forms, and application for use of observed times. Other forms can be found in the last section of the MW Policies and Procedures (Redbook). Please feel free to print those pages which you need.

Officials Page includes the application for new officials and an application for recertification. Forms and documents for all 'official' needs can be found on this page. MW encourages all volunteers to become involved as an official.

SWIMS Policy Guidelines (2007) is USA Swimming's Guidelines for times which can be submitted to SWIMS. Included in the policy manual are the guidelines for observing HS meets and other non-USA-Swimming sanctioned meets.
