Meeting Minutes
Sunday, May 23, 2004

Present:  Mary Losee, Gretchen Linder, Betty Kooy, Mike Jacobson, Gary Flury, Peggy Speer, Lisa Ellis,  Paul Kemp, Sara Juster

Minutes of the April BOD meeting were accepted.

Gary Flury proposed a transfer procedure. It was agreed to present it to the House.

Gary also proposed that birth certificates accompany all future new registrants.  It was agreed to present it to the House.

Sara Juster agreed to lead a committee to run a Swimposium in the Fall of 2005.  Lisa Ellis, Peggy Speer, Ginger Turner, and Pat Rowan will serve on the committee.

It was agreed to offer a fall awards banquet in 2004.  We will first try to secure the Saturday night of the MOST/OWSC meet.

It was proposed and agreed to present to the House to raise the maximum fee for event entries to $2.00.  Special circumstances would still be considered for higher fees due to facility costs, etc.

Meeting was adjourned by Mary Losee at 12:10pm.
