Midwestern Swimming offers a variety of membership options. Below are the 2025-2026 fee amounts for each type of membership starting September 1, 2025:

  • Premium Year Round Athlete - $82.00 
  • Flex Athlete - $30.00  (12 & Under Athletes only; permitted to only swim two (2) meets below LSC championship meet)
    • If a Flex Athlete member wishes to compete in more than two meets or LSC championship meet or higher, the athlete must change status to Year Round Premium Athlete and they will be required to “upgrade” and pay the difference of the membership fees.
  • Seasonal Athlete - $45.00 (valid for 150 days beginning April 1, 2026; not eligible for meets higher than LSC championships)
  • Outreach Year Round Athlete  - $5.00 (must meet the hardship requirement, club will provide registration link upon verification)
  • Athlete Transfer Fee - $10
  • Coach / Provisional Coach / Jr. Coach - $82.00
  • Official / Jr Official - $82.00 
  • Apprentice Officials - $0.00  - valid for 60 days from the date he/she initiates training as an official
    • After the first 60 days, the officials apprentice will be required to “upgrade” to officials membership and pay the difference of the membership fees.
  • Administrator  -  $35.00
    • Applicable to members who fall under the amendment to the USAS corporate bylaws, i.e., 
      • club board members 
      • webmaster 
      • treasurer 
      • club registrar   
      • others with no swimmer contact

If an Administrator member changes status, e.g., to an official, coach or other, they will be required to “upgrade” and pay the difference of the membership fees.

  • Other Non-Athlete - $82.00 
    • Club Safe Sport coordinator   
    • Team managers
    • meet directors 
    • dryland-only coaches 
    • parent chaperones 
    • others who may have direct and frequent interacts with athletes or have authority over athletes as part of their regular duties.

 

  • Lifetime Member - $1000.00

  • Club Registration - Renewing Clubs  - $405.00  (increases to $450.00 after January 1)

         January meet hosts - $455 if after December 1

 

  • Club Registration - New Clubs  - $ 930.00       

 

  • Organization/Booster Club - $250.00  (increases to $300.00 after January 1)
