We had an amazing clinic this past weekend focused on dryland, strength, and in-water drills. I want to personally thank Coley Stickels for coming to Omaha and hosting one of the best and most educational clinics I’ve attended in a while. Midwestern had 68 athletes compete at the Midwest Allstar meet on January 11-12 in Des Moines, IA. Coaches were Sam Bach (head), Mikara Feit, Paige Hunt, and Shane Ahrens. Paige Skidmore served as manager. Coach Sam commented that the venue was 'en fuego' all weekend with blistering fast races. MWS athletes raced to over 260 NEW lifetime best times (PB).
