MWS 2025 Board of Directors Elections

Below are the positions that are up for election:

Treasurer

Age Group Chair

At-Large Board Position

Operational Risk Chair

Technical Planning Chair

Officials Chair

Administrative Review Board (7 positions, of which must include 2 athletes)

Additionally, the following positions are open to appointment by the General Chair:

• Registration Chair
• Safe Sport Chair

The Board of Directors works collectively within the organization to ensure the success of existing and future programming. Board positions are for a two (2) year term.  Description of the available positions are listed included in the BOD manual as posted on the MWS website link. Policies relating to election can be found in the current Midwestern Bylaws and Midwestern Policies and Procedures. We invite you to nominate yourself or other individuals for these Board positions. Please complete the online nomination form which will be shared with the nominating committee. 

Nominations are requested via the online form by April 1, 2025. Additional nominations will be considered on the floor at the Spring HOD meeting.

Board of Director members must be members of USA Swimming and Midwestern Swimming in order to serve on the Midwestern Swimming Board of Directors.
