Teams have been assigned to various tasks (timers, marshals, etc). Please make sure your team fills its obligations. The assignments are for the WHOLE meet!

Swimmer Crash Area Information:

Due to limited deck space, athletes MUST crash in the gyms.

Swimmers may not crash on the pool deck, in the viewing stands, or in the hallways.

PARENTS/ SPECTATORS - NO STADIUM SEATS OR FOLDING CHAIRS will allowed in the pool viewing stands.

Parking Information:

Limited parking is available around the YMCA campus. There is no parking at Good Shepherd Church; violators may be towed. Spectators and coaches are encouraged to enter using the aquatic center entrance on the south side of the building, but the main entrance on the north side of the building can also be used.

Volunteers:

We will be requiring teams supply volunteers based on the number of swimmers entered in a given session. We require 12 timers, 1 head timer, 4 meet marshals (two male two female), 1 runner, 1 order of finish judge, and 2 awards managers. Volunteers

Concessions will be on site located at the front desk.

Elsmore will be on site for the Friday and Saturday sessions selling suits, goggles, and other swimwear.

Warm Up Information:

The pool opens at 7:30 AM All Days

no assigned lanes. See meet information for specifics

Finals warm-ups - 4:00 PM All Days

Pool will be closed 10 minutes prior to the start of competition.
Prelim Starts 9:00 AM All Days
Finals Starts 5:00 PM All Days

General warmup, no team assigned lanes
Sit & slide entry only. Entering in any other manner may result in the disqualification from one or more of the swimmer’s events for that session at the discretion of the Meet Referee.
Swimmers may only dive and sprint during the designated one-way sprint warm up period.
Backstrokers are to enter the water feet first in rotation.
No diving over persons in the water.
Additional sprint lanes may be made available upon request to supervising officials.
No equipment is to be used during warmups in the competition pool
